Software License Agreement
Progressive Innovation LAB Softwares
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Progressive Innovation LAB (formerly Progressive Innovation Kft.) later as "PiLAB" ("Licensor") for the use of the software "[SOFTWARE NAME]" ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or loan the Software to any third party.
- Use the Software for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to, providing services to third parties, selling the Software, or using the Software to generate revenue.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary markings on the Software.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Software and uninstalling it from your device. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. No Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
